My Special Car Fiat Punto ♥

Hi girls!

This is going to be just a quick blog post, not really beauty related...or it can still be considered as such? ;)

...about my new/old car, Fiat Punto!

I just love my car!

It was gifted to me back in 2001. by my dear granny.

Years have passed and I realized that I never want to replace it with another car!

Luckily, my hubby is a car tuner and the owner of

Stile Italia

car tuning workshop, and without further talking about it, I'll let the following pics tell the whole story... ;)

A few weeks ago, he started working on my car to "upgrade" it and I consider this such a wonderful gift! :)

He is truly so talented!

We still need to work on some changes, such as replacing the tires with the wider ones, and getting a different alloy wheels, but the big part of the job is pretty much done!

I know, my blog is usually all about make up, fashion & beauty...but I'm so excited, I couldn't not share this news with you...besides, I AM talking about the beauty here hihi :)

We had this project in mind for years now, ever since I realized I don't want to buy a new car, but just always work on improving the one that I have!

That's why, now that the work is finally done, I just can't stop smiling when looking at my car :)

I'm really passionate about the world of tuning now, thanx to my hubby, who introduced me to it!

Oh, another thing, I wanted to ask you how do you feel about this new colour?

Do you like it?

This is actually an original Fiat colour, of a new Fiat 500!

I picked it out because it's quite unusual, and depending on how the light hits it, it can be grey, muddy brown, even green and purple!

It kind of reminded me on a Chanel 505 Particuliere nail polish, that was a big must-have a few seasons ago, but I still love it!

lol

Anyway, that was it, enough "bragging" with my car, lol ;)

BIG Fashion Haul: Sequins & Sparkles! ♥♥

By now, you probably already know that I have a never-ending thirst for fashion!

I went shopping again & this is my haul :)

Aztec print cardigan (that I already showed you in my previous fashion haul), turned out to be a great buy,
as I can't seem to stop wearing it !

I got this cardigan for only 9.99€ during the winter sales!

Bershka top with white & black stripes (the black stripes are filled with silver threads, which makes this top super sparkly!) was reduced to only 3.99€
I bought it thinking about the upcoming spring & summer season, when I'll be wearing it under my hot pink Zara blazer.

TAG: 7 Deadly Sins of Beauty!

Now let's get onto the questions!

My most inexpensive beauty item is anything from essence, MUA, e.l.f. or L'or de Rougj brands!

They're all super affordable and I'm really satisfied with their quality!

L'or de Rougj is more expensive brand, actually quite expensive (lipsticks retail at 18.50€), but I was lucky to get their products at special offer at my local pharmacy, for only 1.99€ a piece!

Does that mean that I can still count these products as the most inexpensive ones in my collection? ;)

My most expensive beauty products are two masks from Sisley Paris.

I love them, but they're super expensive!

I have a love/hate relationship with my dry shampoo!

I love my dry shampoo, but I love the feeling of a freshly washed hair more!

I hate when I have to use the dry shampoo, as this means that for some reason I couldn't have washed my hair that day!

But I still love it, as it saves my "life" on a bad hair day!

Do I make sense? ;)

The product that has been the hardest to get was my Urban Decay "Naked" eyeshadow palette!

I finally got it around holidays at my local Sephora as they had just gotten them, as a part of a special "holiday- thing" offer!

My most delicious beauty products are my two body butters from DM drugstore!
I just can't resist to the wonderful scent of a tangerine & vanilla from Alverde body butter, or a rich cocoa scent from Balea body butter!

Also, a bronzer from my Too Faced "Glamour Revolution" palette is such a temptation!

I have to keep reminding myself that these products aren't actually edible! lol

Honestly, I never neglect anything!

I love to apply my beauty products and pamper myself :)

But sometimes I'll just forget to apply something, if it hasn't become a part of my routine yet- if I just started using a product recently!

For example, I love the Kiko 30 days extension night treatment, but sometimes I just forget to take this extra step in my night skincare routine!

I also keep forgetting to repurchase a body scrub!

Now that the spring is knocking at our doors, I'll remember to put it on my shopping list, as I use body scrubs in the spring/summer season more frequently!

A mascara, lipgloss and a good quality matifying compact powder are a must!

These products give me self- confidence and make me feel better about myself!

I really don't know how did this question ended up in a beauty TAG???

Anyway, a quick answer would be:

He needs to be inteligent, good looking (to me!), honest, self confident, but down- to earth!

Luckily, my hubby has it all! :)

Anything from Dior and Chanel make up and skincare is currently on my wish- list!

Also, a perfume "Couture, Couture" by Juicy Couture would make me smile! :)

But any gift coming from a heart is the best gift one can receive ♥

Adele Grammy Inspired Makeup Tutorial

Hello beauties!

I was inspired to do another make up tutorial and to recreate the look Adele was wearing at the recent Grammy Awards!

Her make up was so classic and sophisticated, very feminine and the overall result was that she looked stunning!

I'm trying to film a lot of videos & post frequently in this period of time, because soon I'll be moving so I'm pretty sure I'll have to go MIA for a while (at least until I get settled in and get an internet connection!).

"No Make Up" Make Up Tutorial

Hello dolls!

Today I want to share with you a new make up tutorial; this is the make up that I do for every day, when I want to appear really natural, but still polished & put together :)

In winter time, I get extremely pale, so a little bit of a make up is a must for my daily activities, as it allows me to feel better about myself & gives me a boost in my self confidence :)

This is one of my favourite shades ever!

Urban Decay "Naked" eyeshadow palette, is the palette I use every single day, to do my eye make up!
For my "no make up" make up look I used: Sin, Naked and Virgin eyeshadows.

The color of my eyes isn't re-touched by photoshop!
Depending on how the light hits them they vary from almost green, to a deep brown
(and a true colour of my eyes is hazel)

A very natural, barely there, eyeshadow look.

I got this red one for only 1€!

I had to get it!

This was requested by many, especially on my formspring, I always get so many questions regarding my favourite perfumes & my collection...

So now that I finally have a collection (I got all these perfumes around holiday season,lol!), I made a quick little video about it.

Prada Candy was my choice, I simply fell in love with the sample that I had & was "forced" to buy a full bottle of it! lol ;)

My little perfume collection currently counts four perfumes.

My day isn't the same if I'm not wearing any perfume!

Also, on my wish list is "Couture, Couture by Juicy Couture" and I'm planning to repurchase soon Zara's "Black Peony" as I loved it so much and it is super affordable (it costs only 9.95€!)

It's too cold here in Italy, I can't even describe it!

I'm waking up in the morning to -7 degrees of Celsius, this, to me is unbereable, there is ice everywhere!

I'm so NOT used to this level of cold!

Anyway, I wanted to do a quick OOTD video/post:

What do I really wear for the icy cold winter weather?

This is just a very practical outfit for my every day- running errands...(if I really need to go out...otherwise I just stay at home, lol!)

In the past, I have already collaborated with them, so I'm familiar with the company.

This time I wanted to buy a few bits & pieces from their website that I really liked!

I especially love to buy the accessories from there, I believe they have the cutest, the most trendy, and the cheapest jewellery!

This time, a part from the jewellery (rings, necklaces and a bracelet), I also got one item that I had set my eyes on, ever since the beginning of the Fall/ Winter season.

I saw the stores like Zara and Bershka have it in their offer at cca 70€, that's why I was so pleasantly surprised when I found this garment for only 8$ at wholesale-dress.net web store!

And I'm talking about a leopard print (faux fur) jacket!

SHIPPING

The company is based in China, but how quickly is a delivery going to be, depends on the shipping method you choose!

I ordered the goodies in November, and the package has just arrived to my address a few days ago!

That's a long wait, but I guess that's why because I ordered through the China Post by Sea service (it takes up to 40 days to deliver the packages) and also because there was the holiday season (italian post can become a real pain in the ...

when it comes to delivering packages in December and January!).

Anyway, the important thing is that everything has finally arrived safely and in a good condition!

I've chosen the China Post by Sea because it was the least expensive (cca 14$ as opposed to DHL, UPS, or similar services that cost even up to 50$!).

As I didn't have that much of a hurry to receive the goodies, plus my total order was less than 40$, so it seemed unacceptable to pay other 50$ just for the shipping expenses (!!), I had decided to give it a shot with the China Post by Sea.

They will provide you with the track number, however, I found it very hard to track my package down once it had already left China!

Anyway, after this experience, I can say that I'll place my order again, choosing the China Post by Sea as a shipping method.

(When, in the past, the wholesale-dress.net was sending me items for free to review, I always got them in a matter of a few days, but they were paying for the shipping so it has always been DHL services!)

JEWELLERY

In my opinion, wholesale-dress.net is the best place there is around, to shop for an ultra trendy and super affordable, jewellery pieces!

The whole reason why I placed my order in a first place, were their RINGGGS and necklaces that I just fell in love with!

YSL "Arty" ring replicas

Finally I managed to find a good quality YSL Arty ring replicas, for an incredible price of only 1.50$ (!!!)

I ordered them in a three different colours, actually four, but they went out of stock in a matter of minutes and I had to "settle" for only three!

& here are other cute rings that I've chosen!

I just couldn't resist, these are super cute & cost only 1$, or less than that, each!

One has to look pretty even when sleeping!

This vibrant orange colour top from H&M's Conscious Collection, is going to be perfect for this upcoming spring & summer season!

I really like the back with the zipper detail.

I love my new knitted sweater from H&M!
Winter white colour & sparkly golden threads ♥

The sweater was reduced from 34.95€ to 10€!
I got it in a size XS (this is an oversized model, so it's quite large anyway!)

I had my eyes set on this belt ever since it first arrived in the stores!
I already have a whole bunch of belts, so I couldn't bring myself to buy another one at a full price...
But now, with it being more than 50% OFF, I couldn't say no to it...

Basic white top with ruffle embellishments on the shoulders...
One can never have enough basics!

I got this top for only 3€ and I know I'm going to be wearing it a lot, as it's really simple, basic, yet so cute!

Another hair accessorie from H&M that was reduced from 7.95€ to only 1€!
I really like it, it's a perfect hair decoration for the special occasions!

The end of winter isn't even near yet! ...I stocked up on some cute & warm winter accessories:
the camel colour gloves with faux fur details are from H&M (reduced from 7.95€ to 1€) and the nordic print ones are from Accessorize (reduced from 18.90€!!! to 5.50€- now this is more acceptable!)

I couldn't resist to these cognac colour H&M booties!
These are really comfy, look great on, these were the only pair left and it was my size!...and I got them for less than 15€!
How could I say no?!

At Pull & Bear I got these booties that remind me a lot on Vivienne Westwood's Pirate Boots (that I ♥♥♥).
These were the only pair left and in my size so, again, how could I say no?!
A real leather & suede, these are a great quality!

I already wore them & they're extremely comfy!

Okkk, I know, I went a bit boot crazyyy...
I got these at Zara and my exceuse for having bought these ones is: I just fell in love!!!

These are sooo me, so my style!!!!

Last, but not least, a bracelet that I got at Promod.
I see myself wearing this bracelet a lot in the spring/summer time.

I'm very pleased with this product, actually this has instantly become my favourite under-eye concealer!

It also visibly diminishes under- eye puffiness.

It contains Goji Berry and Haloxyl

I took some time to film & review my favourite dry shampoo, which is by a brand Klorane.

I like to use a dry shampoo once a week, and usually it is on Sundays that I'm working (on the weekends I usually work long hours and I don't really have time to wash my hair!).

I'll usually wash my hair twice- three times a week...I'll wash it on Fridays before I start working, and then again on Monday, when it's my day off!

That's why I need a "little something" to get me through the Sundays, when my hair isn't freshly washed, but I still want it to look & feel as if it was!

It's kind of strange of me that I haven't done a video about winter sales fashion haul yet!...

As you by now probably already know, I just enjoy shopping on sales & I'm always on a lookout for a good deal/ bargain shopping!

The reason why I haven't posted anything sooner is that, I was a bit ill at the beginning of this month, meaning that I skipped an entire first two weeks of winter sales!

But I wasn't very upset about that, because I usually like to wait for the second reductions and the prices to go down at even 70% OFF!

So, now I finally made a video & shared my purchases with you!

Can't have enough basics!
I like the model & the colour of this simple, cotton T-shirt.

At sales, I always like to stock up on my basics!

Clinique All About Eyes Gel Cream Review

Hello girls!

I wanted to share with you one of my favourite eye cream of the moment: Clinique All About Eyes.

Actually, I've been loving it for a while now, since this is the third little jar of "All About Eyes" that I'm about to use up!

I love how this product feels on my delicate under eye skin: Very light, yet very hydrating.

It absorbs into my skin in a matter of seconds and it smooths out all the fine lines & creates a perfect base for a concealer and a foundation.

In these cold & windy winter days, you can also try out the rich version of this cream.

I usually buy this cream in a travel size kit by Clinique because it's more convenient price wise.
In the kit, you'll get a jar containing 7ml of All About Eyes, and other two Clinique products, for a price of
11 € cca.
Whereas, if buying only the All About Eyes (regular size 15ml), you'll have to pay a little bit over 30€ for it!
What I usually do is, I buy two travel kits and get the 14ml of All About Eyes, plus other 4 products by Clinique (and the other products are usually the 7 Day Scrub Cream and the Even Better Skin Tone Correcting Moisturizer spf 20.)

I'm just about to ran out of my 3rd little jar of All About Eyes cream.

Apply this cream mornings & nights, with your ring finger, massaging it delicately into your under eye area until it absorbs completely.

Remember that you don't need to exaggerate with this product, it only takes a tiny little dot to make it work!

The 7ml jar usually lasts me up to two months.
